Having some questions about boys?

So I just started high school this week. There's this guy that sits next to me in two classes and we talk and joke around a lot, but i do that with everyone. I got put in a group for an English assignment with the guy I sit next to in 2 classes and some other people.

I gave all the people in the group my phone number so we could figure out a time to meet to work on our project.

The one guy (we'll call him G for Guy) started texting about when we were meeting up

then almost 5 hours later:

g: so, do you have a boyfriend?

does this mean he's interested me or something? i haven't even known him for a week and the only time i ask a boy if they have a girlfriend in when i'm interested.

Well, dont jump to conclusions so soon. Wait for a few more signs. Sometimes boys make their friends convey the messages. And yes, it is not important what they feel- what matters to u is what u feel. U cant fall in love withing just a week, trust me, thats an immature thing. Be friends for a few more months and let the guy make the first move, and start worrying or thinking about this only after he does. Meanwhile, just concentrate on other things in life, like this project.

I can honestly say that he is interested. The best thing that you can do for yourself is to continue getting to know him and see what he is all about. Look at him as a potential friend- that's it. Take your time and let it develop into something more. Good luck.

yeahh, hun. hes deffinately interested. Why else would he want to kno? unless he's trying to set u up with one of his friends, but it seems to me like he's interested in you.
