Having trouble building a wing chun dummy advice?

What is the easiest and cheapest way to make one. My pegs keep getting loose when I make one. Please. Anybody made one. Howd you do it?

When I made my first one I used a lanscape tie for the base and it didnt last long. I made one with a freind a few years ago and it is great. We found a guy cutting down a tree and took a big peice for free (he gave to us we did ask) then while it was still green we cut the holes and used Cocobolo Arnis sticks for arms and covered with pipe foam and duct tape we uses galvinzed pipe for the leg and wrapped the same. We have beat that thing for years and it always wins and we are not little guys and have been doing MA for 30 + years.
