Having trouble peeing?

ok.im 15.i think im going through puberty and i am a virgin.now sometimes when i go to pee my peehole looks like theres something sticky and clear on it and it wont open easily to pee. so when i pee it sometimes takes a second for the force of the pee to open it up. i feel no pain though when it happens.

is there something wrong with me?

ok idk but when i *** its clear and whitish... it might be *** if u jerkoff? orr somehting else? but im mostly for sure its ***// u might need to jerkoff u u dnt because it like builds up. and squeeze bottom of p***s up to top like roll to get stuff out. just jerk off lol it will get it out
