  1. Consult your optician, because first time users always face such problems.

  2. Is it soft or hard?

Soft-Wash your hands, Roll your eye around and drop eye droppers to wet eye,  with soap and grasp gently the lower part of lenses and pull out.

Hard-Wash hands, then put eye dropper, then pull out with the plugger firmly.

  3. Use your index finger for your left hand to pull up your top eyelid and your middle finger for your right to pull dowm the bottom. Then, use your thumb and inded finger on the right to take the contact out. Push those two fingers horizontal while appllying a little bit of pressure on the outer eddges of the contact.

  4. Re-wet your eyes. Throw some saline or multipurpose solution in your eyes, wait a minute or two, then try it.   As the lenses dry out, they fit tighter to your eyes.  Once you've moisturised them, you'll find they'll slide out easily.   It's also good practice to do this anyway.  Less chance of scratching your corneas with dry/dirty lenses.

  5. Roll your eyes up a little bit, pinch the bottom of the lens, and pull it out.
