Question:

Having trouble sleeping, and dreaming?

Hello everyone

I have some sleeping problems, although when I feel tired and go to bed I cannot sleep. I lay in a bed at least for 3-4 hours before finally having a nap (yes, just nap). Another problem is that whenever I am sleeping or taking a nap I constantly have dreams, it prevents me from taking proper rest.

Anyone can give me advices how to have a nice deep sleep without going into drugs?

Thanks in advance

  1. Hi.  Please go to my answers and read my answer to k4t31yn.  It is very long and I'm too  lazy to type it all again.  It is from today so you'll find it as one of my most recent answers.

Also, dreams are a necessary part of the sleep cycles and without dreams you will be less rested.  If your dreams are night mares and you want to avoid going back into the same dream, lust turn on a light for 5 seconds and then turn it out again.  This resets your dreams, oddly enough, and you should not end up in the same dream again.
