Im just having trouble being balanced after coming off of a jump snowboarding, like sometimes im tail heavy, too far forward, or sometimes just land on my ***. Im probably going to try to widen up my stance a bit. Any suggestions?

  1. well what i would do is when your in the air leen back and when you land land on the back part of your board and when the front part of the board hits the ground it should make a snap sound and thats what i do and it works great i never land on my a** but done leen back to much of you will

  2. Many problems with jumps are rooted in poor body alignment.  Many people ride with their upper body twisted out of position.  On the snow they can compensate by driving their hips and knees in the opposite direction.  However, once they are in the air the board lines up with the body.  Try get your shoulders lined up with your hips, knees, and board.  When you hit the jump make sure that you have even pop with both legs (save the ollies for later).  If you are still not getting it, take a lesson.

  3. ok one dont try to pop off the jump till you can coast off and stay nice and even. other than that stay low and bent knees especially in the air and if ur mainly on freestyle stuff put ur bindingwide and at like 12 degrees and - 12 degrees pointed away from each other of course
