Having trouble with Durabrand TV and X-10 Powerhouse remote?

Our friend gave us a Durabrand TV. Between 18-20". There is no remote for this TV and I'm getting sick of walking across our room at 3 am to turn it off. We found an X-10 POWERHOUSE Model UR19A 6 in 1 RF Universal Remote Control that we have been trying to program with it. We do not have the code book but I found it online and there is no Durabrand listed. I've heard that Durabrand[which is apparently a S****y wal-mart brand, go figure] is linked with Funai, Orian and some other brands. I have no idea whether or not this is true but I have tried all of the Funai and none of them worked.

I just need to know if anyone has used this remote with this TV and gotten them to connect. I have gone through about 40-50 different codes and none of them have worked. My fingers hurt lol

You might need to do a manual search here is how

Turn on the Tv

Press and Hold Setup until light is steady

Press TV

Press Chanel Up until channel changes

If you go past the code press last until the channel changes again

Press enter once you have found the code
