Having trouble with Vixy?

Question

I'm trying to convert a video with vixy and have done so and downloaded it. But when I try to put it in my itunes it won't work? And I also tried playing it in Realplayer but it won't work either. It is in MP-4 form. Thanks in advance!

my sister had the same problem and she said that you now have to right click it and pick "convert selection for ipod/iphone"
