  1. I'm sorry, I don't have an answer to your question, but I just wanted to let you know that I think you are an amazing woman. You seem to have such a grasp on things and you no doubt spend all day running around trying to think of ways to make your child happy with little thought of your own happiness.

You are inspiring and one day, you will get your reward when you see your little girl as an adult and how well she has turned out.

    Because of you.

  2. I am sorry want you going through right now. It has to be tough. I have a six year old that has ADHD. At times I do have hard time with him. His daddy been in out of his life. Everytime he comes from from his dad his behavior worse and trying to get back to the way it should.

Keep up with the rewarding system which I am working on with him and his three year brother has well. If she get 5 sticker for good behavior. She can get a special reward like choose a movie to watch pick out supper one day of the week or take her out to eat at her favorite resturant. Spend time with you.. Just work on something one at a time. Starting with behavior then go from there. Maybe get her to start doing some easy chore to do that keep her busy. Good Luck..

  3. You should got to a degreed professonail. No person will be able to help you with out a degree. I have a 10 year old son who has Bipolar and ADHD. I you have questions feel free to email me at prettykeziah@yahoo.com

  4. If she is very bright, then she is also very sensitive.  The MIND of the more sensitive child takes-on a more intense level of negative misperceptions at birth [fear of self held at a fully non-conscious level].  These are then reinforced by what the MIND of the child "perceives" as reinforcing in the child's early environment.

Most parents have not dealt with the repressed fears within their own MINDs, and when a parent becomes stressed in any way, these fears become active, and a child's MIND will "read" these and use them to reinforce the misperceptions held within the child's MIND.... and this increases the child's fear, anxiety, and the pain of this is then acted out in behavior that resembles the nature of the fear being "vented" by the berhavior.

When such children are given drugs by a professional, this intensely reinforces the misperceptions within the child's MIND.... causing their MINDs to assume that the awful views of their MINDs are true.  Aside from the deadening effect of the drugs, usually the child's negative behavior increases.

As you are able to rise above your fear of the behavioral expression of your child, she will begin to get a hint that perhaps her MIND is filled with BS, and that she is actually OK.  But, truly accepting a child whose MIND is feeding it thoughts which cause her to misbehave.... to intentionally be punished ... is a difficult role for a parent to master.

Fill your heart with love, and it is essential that you love yourself.... and simply hold your child.  Do not allow her to "vent" in negativity, but hold her to you with intense love in your heart.  You will be struggling with a child's MIND that is dedicated in doing its thing... so don't imagine that your love will win the day immediately.  It is a long struggle, but it has been quite a while in developing, has it not?

    Peace
