Having twins and want your thoughts on names

Question

I just found out I'm having twins, and im dont know yet if its boys or girls or one of each. Now i like diffrent names but what do you think?

Match them up in what ever way you think sounds good.

Lila Elizabeth is a must!!! I like the middle name Steele, but how about like Reiner Steele? I like Liam Steele as well. So whichever, good choice of names! Congratulations!

Lila Elizabeth is very pretty. Is it pronounced "lee-luh" or "lie-luh?" I prefer the second and I like the Lilah spelling best.

I pretty much hate Addison Samantha. Addison is masculine and the name of a disease.

Issabelle Reacheal is weird. Isabelle or Isabel are ok, but way too common. Reacheal?! Is that supposed to be Rachel?

Liam Steele is nice, but I prefer William Steele, nicknamed Liam.

Reiner Ian is nice, as well.

Greyer Isiac? Again, very weird. Greyson Isaac or Grey Isaiah would be nice.

I like Lila Elizabeth and Liam Steele the best. I love the name Liam. It's such a good name. It's uncommon yet really strong sounding. I also like Greyer Ian too. I think it's super unique and would fit a little boy very well. I think Bennett and Everett are cool names too.

Congratulations on your twins!

I also have twins who are now 4, so here are some things to think about...

Remember that the children are individuals, so I recommend against naming them as a "team."

It's nice to include a family name, but do you think the one without a family name would feel less important?

I actually had a few names picked out and it wasn't until we went into the NICU to see them both that we named them. I couldn't sit up (after the c-section), but daddy looked at the boys and chose which name matched which baby. He did a great job!!

Ultimately, you and your children have to live with the names you choose. I like all the names you chose, but would use conventional spelling rather than "inventive" spelling.

I dislike your marginal spellings, and I'm going to assume 'Elizaberth' is a typo.  

I like Lila Samantha, Addison Isabelle, and Rachael Elizabeth. If I had to pick among these for twin girls, I'd pick these latter two names.

For boys, I'd go with Ian Isaac, Liam Spencer (I really cannot condone Steele, I'm sorry), and Rain Grayer (ha ha); but I have to say I'm not a fan of your selection. Rain instead of Reiner because all Reiners I've ever met have been total self-entitled jerks (your mileage may vary, obviously), but I realize Rain is a lot more emo, so it's up to interpretation. Anyway, for two boys, amongst these I think I'd pick Ian Isaac and Liam Spencer -- but you'd probably have to blackmail me into it.

For a boy and a girl, to me the most sensible choice within these parameters would be Addison Isabelle and Liam Spencer.

Or how about, Sawyer, Triston, Rowan, Quinn, Cohen, Maverick, Cedrick Elliot, & Elijah.

I just don't care for Reiner & Greyer. Just my opinion though!

Issabelle only need one S.  

Reacheal - like REACH-e-al.  That sound awful.  

Isiac - lika EYE-E-AK sould that be Isaac?

First of all, congrats on your twins!

I'm assuming you meant Elizabeth, not Elizaberth, right?

I think Lila Elizabeth and Liam Steele sounds really great if you boy/girl twins.

For two girls: I like Lila Elizabeth and Isabelle Rachel/Rachael? (I would advise against the spellings Issabelle and Reacheal. You would be setting your daughter up for a lifetime of having to correct her name.)

For two boys: I like Liam Steele and Greyer Isaac (not Isiac).

I can't even pronounce most of the names I'm reading. I do like Samanth & Elizabeth but I can't really match any of them up.
