Haw can i download a web?

look i have a laptop but it don't have a internet so i need to download the web

www.w3schools.com cease i learning something .

i now that if they add something on this web I'm not going to have it .

You can not download that site. There is a lot more to the site than the html. There is a lot of clever script stuff going on that you can not copy. Now if you are learning about the web you really need to have web access. It would be like learning to drive a car without being allowed on the road.
