I don't know liters, but in ounces one breast can easily produce 6 oz every two or three hours.  Of course, the more water you drink, the more you can produce.  Also, the more frequently you "milk" them, the more they will produce- kind of basic supply and demand.  The more the demand, the more the supply.  (& the more water you need to drink!)

The more the demand the more supply there is the next time. However one must be properly nourished in order to make milk for the baby.
