Hawaiian surprise party !!?

i want to throw my little sister thats turning 12 a Hawaiian themed birthday party. i have a couple idea, but i need more. for a backyard bbq..

ideas for decorations, food and games?

They have tons of Hawaiian-themed decorations and accessories (can holders, favors, etc) and they're real cheap.

tiki torches never hurt...get the little umbrellas already pierced with pineapple and cherries in them so the kids can add flare to there drinks.  colored straws is good too.  hawaiian music.  plastic leis displayed on tables or on the back of chairs so the kids can put on.  Suggest to the guest to come in their best Aloha-Wear.  Also hanging up white christmas lights is nice for the outside too.  Or go to you local arts and craft store and get green and brown paper, and cut out palm trees (doesnt have to be perfect), get a hole-puncher, cut two wholes on either side of the cut-outs and string them threw, and display them outside.

Play Hawaiian music.  Have  a Hula contest.  Give everyone a Hawaiian name.  Serve a pineapple dessert.
