Hawiian themed party ?

I am about to have a hawiian themed party. I need party GAME idea's!!! what can i do!! i have a budget of (leftover) 20$$!!!! how can I keep my guest occupied and have a great time and not go broke? thanx!! most practical and fun and cheap idea will get best answer :)

maybe a dance contest with small prizes or hula hoop contest

also you could do something like truth or day or musical chairs

trivia with mini candy bars as prizes - leftover candy : draw names from a bowl or hat or something

there should be limbo a dance contest and u can get cheat prizes for the winner at the dollar store or u can have a race when u have to keep a tray above ur head with a glass of water and the with be a piter or some thing that has a line of how much water a team has to fill it up and who ever has the most water at the end wins and gets candy or a small prize
