http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Eden-Hazard-c11863 has gone on to admit that the team’s upcoming game against Atlteico Madrid in the European Super Cup is going to be a hard fought battle for both the teams.
The Belgian superstar is expected to start in the game for the Blues, following his breathtaking displays earlier in the season.
Having just transferred to Chelsea at the start of the season, the forward will be looking to win his first trophy with the club on Friday, as he hopes to become an instant hit with the clubs fans.
However, the twenty one year old isn’t looking to get ahead of himself and feels that the team is really going to have to struggle to be able to get the better of their opponents.
He feels that Atletico have a very strong team and could easily give Chelsea a run for their money in the game.
When talking about the upcoming match, the Belgian international is reported to have said: “They [Atlético] are a great team with great players. I hope it will be a good game and that we win, to claim my first trophy for Chelsea.”
"But we expect nothing less than a tough match against a great team. It will not be easy."
Despite being the star of the show for Chelsea so far this season, the attacker stated that he would much rather focus on winning trophies with the team as a unit, as opposed to going all out and hunting for personal glory.
"I am not here to be a star, to show off. I am here to play for my team-mates," he added.
"On a personal level, I hope to play as much as possible, do my best when I am on the pitch, gain the confidence of the coach and repay that confidence."
With Hazard now completely focused on the upcoming game, it is safe to assume that the player is going to be the man to watch out for in the upcoming clash between the two European cup winners.
