Hazy Purty tipped for success in S And D Bookmakers Sprint Trophy - Heat 3
Hazy Purty will be looking to make the most of her starting position in the S And D Bookmakers Sprint Trophy - Heat 3 at Peterborough in England on Wednesday, October 31, 2012. She has been in decent touch over the past few months, but needs to win with
more consistency in order to make her team proud.
The competition in the Grade OR contest will be a tough one, as most of the runners have been struggling for form recently. This will definitely be interesting for the spectators, but the punters will not enjoy this situation at all.
It will be important for all of the runners to start off well, as the overall distance to cover will be just 235 metres. The winner of the race will walk away with a cash prize of £100 in the end.
Looking at the performances of all the greyhounds, it seems quite difficult to predict the winner with accuracy. However, Hazy Purty will have an edge over her opponents, as she will be entering the contest from trap number one. Due to this, she has been
rated as the favourite to succeed with a starting price of 2 to 1 and the punters will definitely gamble more bets on her compared to others.
The seasoned b***h has appeared in quite a few Grade OR events throughout her career and she has been able to deliver positive results in them. She likes running in the shorter distance races, as her speed is quite impressive.
However, victories have dried up for the G. Ballentine’s trainee in this class and she will need to produce a special effort in order to finish at the top of the table. Her last victory at this level came in July and she should have continued delivering
positive results after that impressive run.
Despite that, the fawn b***h failed to keep the winning momentum going and her rivals took advantage of that. She was not given good odds for her most recent outing, as there were some quality greyhounds up against her back then.
Astronomic’s daughter out of Cyprus Millie got a clear run in that competition, but she lacked the speed to come anywhere closer to the winner. She will need to take a big step forward in order to break the shackles today.
