Hd receiver does not work now

Question

I have an hd vizio television. Just over a year it does not have any hd channels. I already talked tech support. They are clueless. Everything is plugged the way it always was. I rechecked all connections. The screen is green. I have an antenna on my roof and could get many channels in hd. What is the problem?
