what is the cheapest hd tv i can find in the market right now in the philippines and how much does it cost?

there are 32 inch tv's that support 720p ranging from 6-11 thousand pesos at the pier in Manila. these tv's don't have HDMI, they use component cable or the D terminal. just make sure the tv includes a resolution converter and/or a transformer.
