Hdd not showing in my computer

earlier i had 80 gb sata hdd in my computer , now i have added one more 250 gb sata hdd in my computer.
but it is not showing in my computer like drive c: , drive D: , but it showing working properly in device manager

what should i do
my computer p4, 1gb ram
