If your TV isn't HDTV, you won't get any HD channels with an antenna, or without a cable converter.  If it's hooked up to an HD cable or satellite box, you'll be able to tune into the HD stations, but they'll be downconverted to standard TV signals.

The only way to get a true HD picture, is to actually have an HDTV.
