He's not ready to commit. How can I get over him?

My best friend and I admitted we each have feelings for each other, but he's still not ready to commit. He recently finalized a divorce from a woman who broke his heart. He's since dated a couple women but nothing serious came from it. I've put my whole heart out there for him and he basically said he's got his own issues to sort through before he can start a relationship with me. I know he cares--he just invited me out to stay with him for a couple weeks and those 2 weeks were awesome.

I know he's not ready for a relationship and I'm not pressuring him. But I am human and let's face it--you can't help who you love. I'm trying to get over him and let him find me when he's ready...but it's hard! Any advice?

How long is it going to take for him to come back and say i want a relationship with you..... girl!! go find someone else

Well this is a tough situation...! I know how it feels to be in that kind of situation but I recently read this book called he's just not into you, IDK if you have heard of it but it says when a man has strong feelings for you and cares for you he will show you...regardless of what he is "going through"...but anyways I think time is the best healer in any heartbreak situation...I know its tough but time will heal you...you deserve to be with someone who will give you 100% anyways. :)
