He's only in his third week of kindergarten but my 5 year old is already trying to pay me to do his homework?

Coerce your son into making friends with the class "nerd".  Tell him this is an essential part of school, and that even though the kid smells like vapo-rub and carries an inhaler, he is good for something.  When trust is established with this friend, have your son con him into doing the work.

Clearly, your spawn is way too smart to be stuck in kindergarten.  If he's shaking you down to do his homework, he should at least be in the 3rd grade.

Plus, if he's in 3rd grade he'll actually be gone all day, so that will give you more time for the whorin'.  I'm just sayin'.
