As to Health Care there is a video called Humour Your stress which advocates not using the phone or the internet as much not having a sense of having to check for emails as soon as you get in. No putting people on hold or having more than one person on hold.

I see point to question though if it is that no one else has an idea either. Could try Civic Currency. Also perhaps quit lying to ourselves about a political party, religion or anything offering hope as everything is gone eventually without a trace.
