Now you have acertain aim in your life; you work for to get it or achieve it . Thus , it is quite reasonable to say , that a person got wht he worked for in his life.

If I want to be a doctor I work for it and eventually I become one after a hard study. Similarly, if I  want to be an engineer I work hard to achieve and I become one. This is about true in any field of life.
