Question

I have a Price Pfister faucet with a center spigot where the hot adn cold come out together. Tongith I ran the water and the pressure just blew it off. I can see the threads on the part that came off but can't see how to s***w it back on, since the spigot will not turn a full 360 (the backsplash is in the way) Do I REALLY need a plumber for this??
