He is french living in the US, a G4 visa holder, Me Egyptian living in Egypt and we want to get married?

Any idea of how we should be directed, what we should do? What kind of procedure we have to go through????? I appreciate your help very very very much

Come to the US on a tourist visa and get married.  There's no requirement in the United States that you be residents or citizens in order to get married.  Once you are legally married you'll be entitled to a G4 visa also.  The G4 will allow you to live with him in the United States but you will NOT be allowed to work in the United States.
