Question

There's this guy i have been talking to lately, he calls me a lot and we talk about everything up until 2 in the morning. I'm not sure how I feel about him but I know that he is the most unique guy I have ever met in my life. He makes me happy :) The thing is he found out as did everyone else in my university that I hooked up with this guy who is quite below average.(I was lonely, I admit that) He kept bringing him up in conversation and then turned a bit nasty about him afterward, about looks and things. I asked him if he were jealous and he coughed and ignored the question. Does he like me or is it just a genuine friendship.

This guy definitely like you a lot and not just as a friend. Why not give him a chance and go out on a date with him. Just cause you go out on a date with someone doesn't mean that you are their girlfriend.

personally, i'd be right turned off if a man kept bringing up an ex-hookup and was putting him down.  it shows me that he is very insecure about himself and wants to put  others down to feel better.

i've dated not so hot guys...why are you apologizing or trying to justify the fact of why you hooked up with him....??? just because you were lonely?  so you are super shallow?

beauty comes from within.  and if you are attracted to men who put others down based on looks then you need to grow as a human more.

get over yourself.  i'm sure you're not perfect.
