I sent my friend a card through the mail. ....how long does it take to get to him??

I used to live in Puebla and never had problems receiving mail from the US.  It usually took from 2-4 weeks.  It is faster going from Mexico to the US.

To be honost from experince it takes at least a month or so.

through the regular mail?  errrr.....it's not going to get to him.  the mail system is horrible.  you have to send stuff UPS/DHL (it will take however long you asked for it to be sent...longer time is cheaper) or USPS Priority Mail and it maybe maybe maybe will get there in 6 weeks.
