He when i m having my periods i get a lot of cramps sometimes till my thighs what is the solution for it?

hey actually i hv iron,haemoglobin and calcium deficiency

  1. Practice pressing the ends of all the fingers in both the hands starting from little finger to thumb any number of times as and when you get the oppertunity. This will set right the 5 meridians in your body and bring back normal functions. Keep submerged in warm water up to hip atleast for 30 mts a day. cramp could be avoided by deep breathing as a regular norm. Medicines do not help in these cases.

  5. Take healthy and nutritioud diet and drink sufficient water. Try to ease your bowels and urine -it may reduce your cramps. Take the advice of a gynaecologist.

  6. Calcium deficiency is well known to cause leg cramps, so it is certainly worth taking a calcium supplement to see whether that helps. Ask a good health store for one which also contains magnesium, and if possible vitamin D and Boron. Calcium is not well utilised on its own so any good supplement should at least contain these additional ingredients.

  7. I am not crazy about being in a tub during menstration, but a hot soak in about 2lbs of epsom salt has been a blessing for me.  I also do not drink any iced or cold drinks during my cycle.


  8. try having a hot water bag and drink warm water for the days of the period

    it really helps


  9. i think u cant do anything it is just natural .u just have to bear it

    but one think u can do is just drink 8l of water in a day during ur period or just sleep.tats gud think u can do
