He won't text back...it's really weird?

He texts me every day, and this mornig texted me and said "good morning beautiful". We texted most the day, then he just stopped responding. He does this a lot, like we'll be texted then he'll just stop randomly then text again the next day. I'm confused with why he does this.

P.S It was around 7 or 8 so it's not like he's sleep or anything
