We really like each other. He wont get into a relationship though.

He has been hurt a lot be for could it be that?

Could it be he likes someone else still?

Or could he just not want to settle down?

How do I get him to go out with me?

Not every guy just goes out as soon as there's the chance. I'm a guy and I know how it feels. Give him some time. Try to spend time with him. Laugh with him and stuff. That is the same line the guy my best friend is kinda seeing. It will never go anywhere, believe me. I have to watch my best friend get hurt over and over until she finally says it's never going to happen.

put the pressure on him and hill break let him know u care but tell him you cant wait...if he doesnt want to be with u hill say know and then you move on stay friends and let him see you talk to other people hill come around if you want a guy to make a move get him some compation
