Question

I dream about starting a new business and live life to the fullest. I am debating between TX (so I can take care of mom who is old and sick) or my home country. If I go to Tx, I am familiar with the system and will be easy to start a business, but not sure if I can make it financially, on my own. If I go to my home country, like will be new and exciting, but I may not be able to take mom and the money and work will be challenging as I have been away for 25 yrs. how do I know I am making the right decision.
