the label should face the right hand side of your wii if you have it in front of you.

If the Wii is on it's side (laying down) then the picture on the disc should be facing up. If the Wii is standing up, then the picture on the disc should be facing to the right (east). Unless your Wii is upside down, then read the set up manual again.
