You don't really get to choose if you're flying professionally and it's time to work. But, in the abstract, would depend on which jet, how much pay to fly, which girl. (Rob G: $1,000 day rate to do a few hours duty in a new "G", or a girl who'll be available later, and who thinks your flying the G is hot...Make it an old Citation 500 series, a much lower day rate, or a real hottie, well, maybe we have a different result...I kind of know.)

That's easy,  flying the F-16 is a bigger and better thrill than anything else period. The only thing that could top that would be space flight... and as wonderous as that would be... you are not really doing much flying.

... and now that you mention it.... uh... you make it though training and qual on the Viper, and you will have all the other you want.
