Head phone mic help plz?

hey guys I have a little problem i have this head set i use to talk on vent and so on well i got up to get something and the cord was wrapped around my foot and i pulled the 2 ends apart well i got out the wire strippers and took off the protective covering to try to sodder them back to one another and i have never seen this type of wireing :( plz help.

buy some new wiring. man my headset doesn't even work when i plug it in
