For about a week I've been having this dizziness in my head it's hard to explain. It's like a buzzing feeling as if someone is putting an electrical toothbrush against my forehead. Anyways for the past three years around this time in August I've had a heath issue happened, and I guess I'm causing this anxiety because I'm waiting for something bad to happen. What are ways to make this stop, it is really scary and bothering me. I also feel like I have to catch my breath sometimes...

 1. Helen, please make an appointment to talk to your doctor about your symptoms. They may be no more than allergies since they always start in August, which is hay fever season (in the USA anyway)...but they may be anxiety related as well. Your concerns are anxiety enough to be something you need to discuss with your physician.

 2. make an appt. with your dr. could be anxiety, but doesn't necessarily sound like it to me.
