I bought a WD external 250 GB USB hard drive for my Pioneer DEH-P6000UB. It connects fine and will play fine - initially. But, after a period of time, sometimes just several minutes, sometimes 15-20 minutes, it stops playing. It's as though the head unit is no longer able to read the drive and it keeps trying and trying until I finally reach over and disconnect it. If I use a flash drive, I have no issues like this at all. This almost makes me think that my 250 GB hard drive is skipping. What are your thoughts on this issue? Thanks so much!
