Headache, ear-ache, and numb arm after meningitis and tetanus vaccinations? please help?

yesterday, i received a meningococcal meningitis and tetanus vaccination. today, i have a headache, ear-ache, and my arms are numb. what's going on here? is this normal?

Yes this is normal. The vaccinations you were given contain a small amount of inactivated pathogens. Your body is mounting an immune response to them, just like having a mini-infection.  You will feel a bit run down for the next few days until you become fully immune. You usually will experience flu-like, non-specific symptoms as mentioned after any vaccination. The numb arm is just from the injection and will also pass. Don't worry.

Tetanus shots are a *****, it always makes my arms feel so heavy that I feel it's just going to fall off, but it will get better in a few days.
