Ok, so when I get up in the morning, I'll be all pumped and ready to go to school, then I'll sit in a couple classes and then suddenly get a really bad head ache =/

I have science last, and I'm really interested in like chemicals and astronomy and stuff...but by the time I get to class, I have the worst head ache ever and can't wait to get out already....

I do have glasses, but I don't wear them...I don't see a need to, I see fine...

I have my last class in the C-Hall...and my homeroom is in the A-Hall, I had such a bad head ache today, I got lost in the C-Hall, and ran into a bunch of Seniors...it took my 10 minutes to find my homeroom again.

I can't take Tylenol during class...if I did I'd have to go to the nurse, on the other side of the building...

If I took one before school, it'd probably wear off anyway...I get really bad hot flashes in school too...

Help?? Advice??

  1. Wear you glasses even if you think you don't need them. You have them for a reason.  Your headache may be because your eyes are under a lot of strain to focus.  And if you need Tylenol for your headache then go to the nurse.  Who cares if it's on the other side of the school.  If the headache means you can't concentrate then you need to take something.  Your teachers should let you go to the nurse during class if you really need to and you can get the notes/classwork/homework from the teacher later or from a classmate.  If this keeps happening you need to see a doctor, there could be something else causing it.

  2. try to wear your glasses and i am sure you will start seing a difference
