  1. i don't think so.. i think some people get headaches after they go swimming.. i do sometimes...

but if it really bothers you so much then go for a check up...

  2. well first of all learn how to spell 'MY'

and second don't drink clorine water, it's not good for you

  3. It was probably from a lack of oxygen.  If you were sort of underwater and struggled to get to the edge of the pool, you were probably not breathing all that well.  I get those kind of headaches when I am underwater for large amounts of time (I teach swimming).

My advice would be to work on taking some deep breaths, but also to exhale longer than you think you can.  When you breath out, blow an extra puff of air out, and then take a deep, SLOW breath back in.  Do this several times an hour and this always helps me get rid of that headachey feeling sooner.

Good luck - and make sure you practice swimming in water you can stand in until you can swim all alone!

  4. It sounded like dehydration. Also sometimes if you work really hard usually at swim practice u may get a headache actually. But since you dont swim much it was probablly dehydration. But it could be because you went deep sometimes the underwater pressure can cause headaches, earaches, etc.

It could also be a swim phobia. Sometimes if people are nervous about swimming, drowning, water in general they can get overwhelmed and sometimes get headaches.

It is odd that your head still hurt a long while after- that is a bit un-normal. If you ever swim again and this problem is presented and is worse- I think you should visit a doctor.

  5. dehydration is causing your headache and also anxiety.

nothing is wrong but drink lots of water and never go in to deep because it scares you and your body reacts to that.

  6. First of all make sure that you always have a bottle of water with you. Dehydration might be making your headaches worse. Also, don't go too deep as this will make your ears hurt which results in a headache. If you are really worried go for a check-up and ask the docter about it. HOPE THIS HELPS. Ward ... x

  7. Thats tension in your neck & shoulders. Try deep breathing & relaxation.
