  1. Anything that changes the pressures in your body rapidly can cause a headache. Were a hat and drink some water. Maybe lots of water so you will have to pee and get out of the sun for a while.

Heat changes pressure because it is heat, causes fast heart rate, faster respiration, fatigue ,dehydration, burry vision.

Foods can make rapid changes too. If you just ate you may want to take it easy. If you must eat and work in the sun, I recommend melons, apples, tuna and stuff like that. Meats and fats and Sugars make you tired and lazy. Save those for after work.

If your gonna work in the Sun start slow. Just do alittle and then do more and more.

Don't be afraid. You got work to do, do it!

Lazyness= hate, divorces, unemployment, no friends.

Not that I know you are lazy but if you are may want to try harder.

*See your Doctor if problem persists.

  2. dehydration

  3. Headaches vary in forms due to varying causes. For instance, sensitivity to sun often triggers migraine headaches, while muscle constriction predisposes tension headaches.

Sun-mediated headaches can be prevented by staying indoors. If you're working outside where there's direct sunlight, you should:

Wear a hat or a cap

    Wear sunglasses

Avoid taking hot showers after working in the sun

Wear light colored long pants and long sleeve shirts

Drink at least one glass of non-caffeinated and non-alcoholic drink every hour

Stay out of the sun between 10 am and 2 pm, if possible.

  4. You could be dehydrated or may have symptoms of sinus. Speak to a doc to your talk to prevent this and to recognise symptoms of what else may trigger this..

Why compromise your lifestyle! Go out and enjoy the sun!....seriously..goodluck.

  5. i have that when i stay in the sun for too long , or if i didn't have enough sleep the night before

  6. Sun makes you hot.  Hot makes you sweat.  Sweating makes you lose fluids.

If you are only out in the sun for a short while, your eyes could very well be more sensitive.  Try wearing sunglasses.  If the problem continues, see a doctor (it won't hurt to see if you have anything wrong from a proffesional point of view).

  7. Some people just can't tolerate the heat and light. Especially if you are on a medication and may make you sensitive to the sun. If you don't wear sunglasses you might try those...I'm not sure what else. If you are exercising take some Gatorade with you and don't over do it.

  8. I have always had the same problem, and figure it is sensitivity to the heat and light.  Try wearing a hat with a wide brim, and dark sunglasses (ones with UV protection level 3, the highest).  You can also try wetting your head (completely) with cold water and/or your hat, this works wonders on a hot day.  Oh and try to drink lots of fluids.

  9. Some people just can't handle it. It could be that the light is too strong for you, or you may just be "allergic" to sunlight. You should try wearing hats [with a large brim] when outside and talk to a doctor for more details. Are you taking any medications? Some can cause sensitivity to sun/light.

  10. sure. maybe get some sunglasses and see what happens

  11. you have sensitive eyes. I am the same, i get headaches because i play soccer and i'm always in the sun. Just try not to look anywhere bright cover your eyes and look in the opposite direction

  12. unless you never have consumed enough water during the day, i dont think it could be dehydration, but your eyes could be overly sensitive to the light, which could result in a headache...try wearing sunglasses or darker ones if you do already.

  13. I also get very bad headache whenever I go out on Sun.

I think I can't stand very bright light for a long time and my eyes strain. That's how the headache starts. I always use a Sun glass.

My father also has the same problem.

I eyes are perfect, I don't wear glass with power.

  14. that means youve been in too direct sun.

be sure to block the sun with sunscreen and possibly an umbrella

  15. Cover the head with cap.Take water or juices frquent.Use Bhrami or Amla hair oil.You can take  Aurvedic medicines like Bhrami,Gulkand,Amla Satavri,  or Jethimadh to cool your body
