  1. Probably.  I get migraines from caffeine so it's possible.

  2. Caffeine headaches are very common, if you drink too much coffee, coke or other drinks loaded with caffeine, and you can find further information in a web search for "caffeine headaches".

In general tea only contains about half or a third as much caffeine as coffee and if you dilute it with hot water you should get fewer headaches.

  3. Yes.  Your headaches are more than likely from having too much caffeine.  You really shouldn't being having that much per day anyway.  Caffeine can do damage to your nervous system and can effect you when you get to be in an older age so be careful and make caffeine intake a spearing food and drink privilege.  But if you like coffee and tea that much get the stuff that doesn't have caffeine in it or where the caffeine is reduced.  But I am not a doctor (am just going to school to be a doctor's assistant) so try to drink less caffeine for a week and if the headaches go away then that might just be the case, but if not go to the doc....

  4. caffine and migranes

  5. You may be experiencing  these headache because of something called a "CAFFEINE RUSH" it happens when you consume a large amount of caffeine. It works like this when a person has alcohol with out having eaten. they instantly feel it. well in your case your percentage of caffeine is higher than the rest of the "stuff" in your body!

so just either cut back on the caffine or try to eat and drink equivalent
