Headache help please?

I was sleeping on the floor about 4 days ago, and when I woke up- I hit my head on my glass coffee table, pretty hard. Ever since I have had pretty bad headaches, that hurt more when I bend over or cough/sneeze. I have a slight bump on my head, and its slightly tender to the touch. When I take advil/tylenol, it works only for a few hours. What do you think this could be, something serious?

See a doctor and get an examination.  If you hit your head really hard, you might have given yourself a concussion—it's rare but it happens.  A doctor can make sure there's nothing broken inside. If all is well, it's just a matter of waiting for it to heal.  In the meantime, headaches might continue to occur, and treatment would be symptomatic.
