  1. Have you been to the dentist lately?  It's quite possible you have a tooth problem which is causing the other pain (dentists call it "referred" pain).  This happened to me when I had a badly infected abcess underneath one of my back teeth - it's the infection that causes the headache and the inflammation that causes the other pain.

Having said that though, it could also be an ear infection.  I'd suggest a visit to your GP to get your ears checked (that's an easier place to start than with the dentist!).  If your ears get the all-clear, then it's off to the dentist I'm afraid.

Hope you get it sorted soon.

  2. It could either mean u need to visit the dentist because u might need a filling in your tooth. OR that you are just having nerve pain.

  3. This could be a lot of things:

    * It could be TMJ.  Does your jaw click if you open your mouth wide?  Do your teeth feel like they are not lining up right?

    * It could be a sinus infection.  Swollen sinuses put pressure on your gums and can cause your teeth and jaw to hurt.  Do you have a fever?  Any allergy/cold type symptoms?  Feeling of fullness in your head contributing to the headache?

    * It could be an ear infection.  The pain from the bulging eardrum could be traveling down the nerves to your jaw, causing pain especially when you chew.

    * It could be a result of anxiety or tension and you don't even realize you are doing it.  The subconscious clenching of your jaw could cause already tense muscles to spasm and that would likely cause jaw pain, ear pain, and a headache.

In any of the above cases, a trip to the GP would be in order.  If it's an infection, you need an antibiotic pronto.  If it's something else then the sooner you know what's wrong, the sooner you can address and heal the problem.
