  1. Have you been participating in any new or physically demanding activities recently?

Have you changed your eating or sleeping patterns?

Have you been getting enough sleep?

Have you had a change of setting (like moving to a new house or workplace) recently where the air might be different?

You might want to consult a doctor if this persists. It could be a serious problem that needs attention. Hope you feel better!

  2. i ve been having headaces that wont go away and feel dizzy and feel like vomiting i went to the doctor and he said it might be the begining of migrane hediace he didnt want to do a mri and said that its normal but u should see a doctor beacuse it could be something serious

  3. It could be a sinus or a migraine problem.  I had the same problem for a few years and they were treating it as strictly a sinus problem.  Turns out that was only partially true.  I was having migraines.  I would feel very dizzy and nauseated which were was made worse by bright lights, perfumes, etc.  I was having them almost daily so I had to start taking a daily medication to prevent them rather then just try to treat the symptoms.  If they are migraines, Immitrex helps some people.  That's used to treat it after it begins, but it shoud only be used if you have them a few times a month.  If they are more frequent like mine, they would most likely put you on a preventive med.  There is a great book titled,"Heal Your Headache", written by a neurologist.  It has great information and lots of homeopathic advice.  Dietary changes can really have an effect on your headaches.  I tried to remedy mine naturally and I noticed some improvement if I strayed away from certain foods or too much caffeine, but I had a pretty extreme case and needed the extra help of a med as well.  If they continue to be bothersome I would check with your doctor.  You can also keep a journal and that way you can tell if there's a pattern to them.  Hope this helps.  I truly hope you feel better soon.  I've been there so I know how lousy it can feel.  Take care.
