I get headaches about 3 times a day is that normal?

  1. not normal at all, you need to be evaluated by a doctor to find out the cause of the headaches. Keep a journal of when they happen and what you were doing at the time.

  3. Headaches three times a day are certainly not normal, but it is probably situational in nature.

    It could be something as simple as eye strain, bad posture, or a bad office chair, or a desk that is at the wrong height.

    (If you aren't experiencing nausea or extreme sensitivity to light and sound they aren't migraines.)

    It could also be too much caffeine, or a food sensitivity.

    Try taking frequent breaks to stand, stretch, and look away from your monitor.  Inhaling essential oil of lavender, and a cup of chamomile tea alleviates many headaches.

    Also, regular chiropractic adjustments often help a great deal.

  4. Check if you have any of the other related symptoms for Candida overgrowth or Candida Related Complex.

    Symptoms include

    Headaches -worser on humid damp days

    Hives

    Irritability, Anxiety, Depression

    white coating on tongue

    ect.

    Try also have someone give you an Indian head massage, with cocconut oil.  Drink plenty of water, 1/2 your body wieght in ounces of water per day asa minimum.

    Eat looks of berries, like blackberries, raspberries, cherries  ect. These are rich in a nautral source of salicyclic acid {aspirin}.

  5. you need to talk to a doctor and have some test done to make sure there is anything serious going on and that you are just suffering from migranes. there are many different prescription medications out there that help migranes. see a doctor. best of luck.

    there are many different types of headaches, from muscle tension/stress, migraines, cluster headaches to more serious things like brain tumors.

    You need to see a doctor and get this sorted out

    In the meantime, keep drinking plenty of water. It might just help staying hydrated.

    Besides that it could be due to stress, overwork, anxiety, depression, frustration, anger, worry and other causes.

    Try to firmly press the webbing between your thumb and first finger for a minute to see if that works. Press towards your palm, don't pinch.

    Also, get more rest, go to bed earlier than usual, to allow your body to rest.
