Headaches with Wellbutrin SR?

I am taking Wellbutrin SR 100mg twice a day. I started a couple of weeks ago and I have what feels like a sinus headache that makes my eyes feel sore. I took this prescription in the past but stopped about 7 months ago and only recall a slight headache when originally starting it about 7 years ago. Any insight as to how long this will happen and what to take to ease the ache? Thanks!

One of the side effects of Wellbutrin SR is headaches.  But it shouldn't last very long so my only suggestion is to tell your doctor.  I took Wellbutrin a few years back and I never had headaches but you know everyone is different. Here is a link about other people's experiences.
