i tired pills and sleep & water

  2. i know this is weird, but i read in a book..try slicing a lime and squeeze/rub the juice on your forehead

  3. If you pinch the back of the web between your thumb and pointer finger you will feel the tension. and it will hurt a little bit. It is better to get someone else to do it for you. have them cross their handsand you leave your hands striaght and then have them aply pressure there. Make sure it hurts though.(i know that sounds wierd) but after 5-10 minutes it will get better. Also putting an icepack wrapped up in a paper towel on the back of your neck (a bit above the bottom of your neck) and/or your wrists (palm side up) it will help after a while too. If you put a washcloth in cold water and then ring it out and fold it up so its the &quot;long way&quot; and drape it over your forehead and then lie down in a dark room and once it starts to get warm again either dip it in ice water and ring it out again and repeat or have one resting on ice and then go back and forth between the two. Also massageing your temples wll sometimes help. Also watch what you eat. If you eat a lot of salty things or food high in sodium you most likely are getting sodium headaches. Or if you drink lots of soda or things high in caffiene then you most likely have a caffiene headache. Eat lots of fruit and balance your diet. And dont eat lots of Ramen Noodles or Canned soup...(bad experiences with sodium headaches) once and a while things like that are ok. but dont eat them a lot. And dontlistent o loud music...that could be the cause too!

    good luck  =] . I know  headaches hurt. And they are annoying when they dont go away.
