Heading out to Victoria BC in the near future. Does anyone know of a great fine dining restaurant .?

I plan on moving out there and want to know if anyone out there knows a great and busy restaurant to work at as a server.I'm looking for a restaurant that would be busy all year round not just seasonal.

  2. The restaurant in the Strathcona hotel is the best!!! Always a busy place and they serve wonderful food.
