Headless Horseman costume?

Question

I am in a play and need to make a headless horseman costume. We do not have much time, and we were thinking of somoehow making the costume with some fottball shoulder pads and a black cape. Any ideas?

Wear a lot of black clothing like oyu said, but be sure to use a veil/holes so you can see from the black clothing while in costume.

Get like a black sweatshirt or hoodie with drawstrings and put it on so just the top of your head is showing, and pull the drawstring and tie it so it stays on tight.  Cut holes so you can see.  Then, put on that hat.  OOOO SCARY.

That's what I, personally, would do last minute. (:

But I'm sure you can find some other ways on Google or Yahoo if you search.  I would do it for you, I really would, but my friend is getting pissed over AIM that I'm not responding so.. Hope what I've written above helps you!
